Could have been a good plot, but it went Hollywood. A kidnapped woman has only one chance at survival - an ongoing phone call with a random stranger, of the surfer type (such things only happen at Venice Beach). Can the phone call save her life, and those of her family? Some suspense and action. The dramatic performances were... uninspiring. PG13 for sort of police-against-bad-guy action violence and suspense.
