A must-see for anyone with any interest in Charles Bukowski, a very original and influential 20th-century writer. For you non-fans, it might be a little less compulsory, but it's a great documentary and a very entertaining movie nonetheless. A great picture of his life and character, with lots of personal footage, and like Bukowski, painfully honest. I don't think it's rated, but would probably be R for strong language and coarse conversation.
