This had the feel of a really good book that didn't translate very well to a movie. The characters never developed, and I didn't really buy any of it. Not exactly believable anyway - perhaps if they'd put a bit more time into it. The people I was with liked it better than I did. Adult thematic material involving the Holocaust and stuff.
