Before anyone really has a chance to recover, Elfo strides over to the fire, and greets everyone casually. "Hi. What's going on?"

The Black Knight speaks. "Hello. I am Thorian, a bounty hunter, and my companion is Carlath Honorbound Thuliagi. We're looking for a Tabaxi." He gestures with the reward poster, still rolled up in his hand.

"Can I see that?" asks Elfo. Thorian unrolls the poster and holds it where Elfo can see it, though when Elfo reaches for it, he pulls it further away. Apparently he means for Elfo to look, but not touch.

As best he can, Elfo reads the poster in the firelight. "Wanted for Crimes Against the Dragon", it says. It describes a Tabaxi, a description which matches Black Barry perfectly, but would also match just about any other Tabaxi of his age and gender. "The Tabaxi can be identified by a stolen runestone in his possession", it says, going on to describe the stone in detail.

"I don't know any Tabaxi that fits that description" says Elfo.

"But you are traveling with a Tabaxi, no?" asks the Knight.

"Yes, but that's not him."

"We shall see about that. When do you expect him to return?"

"I honestly don't know. I think he's around, I'll go look for him real quick."

The Black Knight stands up suddenly, looming very close to Elfo. "No, you won't."

"Um, may I ask why not?"

"I expect that to be obvious", growls the Knight. "Everyone is staying right here."
