"Do you want to join us?" asks Elfo.

The Lizardfolk doesn't know what Elfo is talking about. As far as he knows, Elfo is just a wayward traveler, alone, although he doesn't necessarily believe the story. "Join who? Doing what?"

Elfo casts a Charm Person spell on the Lizardfolk, making him think that they are familiar.

"Great to see you!" exclaims the Lizardfolk, a little too loudly. I'm sorry, I've completely forgotten, what was your name?"

"My name is Fidel," says Elfo. "Hey, do you want to go for a hike?"

"Sure, that sounds like fun! But you don't look like a cultist... the bullywugs can be pretty hostile to anyone unfamiliar."

Without a word, Elfo puts on his cultist uniform. The Lizardfolk seems momentarily confused, but as the spell still makes him think he's "Fidel"s good friend, it doesn't really matter if he's a cultist or not.

"What else is going on here?" Elfo asks.

"I dunno, buddy," says the Lizardfolk. "Mostly cult stuff I guess. We're not involved in much, we just carry the freight."
