Katie Smithburger and I are in the car, singing a little Cyndi Lauper, and she starts telling me that Neill has a blind date and she and Roy are going along. I asked if that was normal (weird!) and she said, "oh, it's okay, Neill's paying for everything." And the singing resumed.
