I'm hearing a crackly, distorted voice. It's coming from Amber's Elmo phone, this cheap and horrible little toy that just has 10 buttons, each of which triggers some audio stream which is borderline unintelligible. Somehow I figured out how to hack it and make real internet phone calls with it.
