Sometime in May, our site host dropped their service without warning.

They took with them all the site data. I had some backups, but some things I was not able to back up.

I tried for many months to get the data back from them so that the site could be easily restored to its previous condition. They refused to participate.

Because of the way they left it, I was literally unable to put a capell.org site up, and I had no access to the list of users, to even send out an email explaining what was going on. I can't explain how they could be so inconsiderate.

After six months I gave up on them and restored the site from what information I had. Lots of parts had to be rewritten. Data entered after March 27 has been lost, along with all information about previous members.

So here we are, back in operation, and nearly everything is back to normal. You may find something somewhere that's still broken, in which case I hope you'll contact me. It's been a long and unexpected process, but I still support capell.org and hope most of you have not given up.
